4/15/2016 – Mplementer established a PMO for a leading healthcare company

Mplementer has just completed a 6 month effort to help a leading healthcare company establish a project management office.  All projects are now centrally managed and  and follow a standardized process.

The effort has helped the company streamline project initiation and identify and mitigate project risks.  Early returns have helped the company reduce cost over runs on projects and better allocate resources.
