ELEVATING RESULTS
Act as interim managers,including officers (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CRO, Chief of Staff) or directors of companies
Identify opportunities to reduce overhead and other costs
Perform financial reviews, control audits and performance evaluations
Identify opportunities to conserve cash and use working capital more efficiently
Assist stakeholders in developing, evaluating and/or executing business plans
Review business processes and identify efficiency opportunities
Review existing lines of business, new business opportunities, sales and marketing strategies and management resources
Assist in implementation of best practices and compensation structures
Identify and assess strategic alternatives
Identify outsourcing opportunities including vendor evaluations
