What is IT?  IT can mean Information Technology, but IT can also mean anything.  At Mplementer, we specialize in making IT (whatever IT is required) work.

It may be as straightforward as using our consultants to fill a particular void in delivering a project, perhaps serving in capacity as a program or project manager or business analyst.  However, it might be more complex such as analyzing entire business processes, determining what works and where there might be opportunities for synergies across business units.

Our strength is that we have a variety of experiences.  When Southwest Airlines wanted to improve the time it took to turnaround flights, they did not look within the airline industry.  Instead, they found a best practice with auto-racing pit crews.

At Mplementer, we use our array of experiences to help identify and implement best practices regardless of the vertical we work in.
